Return, Refund And Exchange POLICY

This Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:
Please carefully review our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
We’ll accept exchange within 7 days for products which are home delivered and for return it’ll take 5 to 7 business days.
We do accept refund if you receive damaged product.
WE DO NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGES AMOUNT AND CUSTOMERS HAVE TO BEAR SHIPPING CHARGES FOR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS.
There is no exchange or refund options for products which you choose to donate while purchasing those products.
We offer exchange when the situations meet the following cases:
> If the product is damaged.
> If the packing of product is broken in transit.
